South Shore Community Service Association (Bonny Lea Farm) is hiring Residential Counsellors — and we’re excited to invite you to our Job Fair to learn more about this meaningful opportunity.

As a Residential Counsellor, you'll support participants in their daily lives — helping them develop life skills, maintain their health and well-being, and stay actively involved in their homes and communities. From personal care and household tasks to community outings and meaningful connections, this is hands-on, heart-forward work.

We’re looking for people who are compassionate, dependable, respectful, and committed to promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion. If you have experience in human services, caregiving, support work, or similar fields — or if you’re just someone with the right heart and a willingness to learn — we’d love to meet you.
