Agendas are posted on-line, the Monday prior to the meeting.
PUBLIC INPUT
There is a 15-minute time slot at the beginning of the meeting for members of the public who would like to address Council in person briefly on a matter.
PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS
If you have a matter that you would like to discuss with Council that requires more discussion/input, please contact Pamela Myra, Municipal Clerk to determine a date and time for an appointment to present at a Council meeting.
The deadline for agenda items is noon, one week prior to the meeting for both Committee of the Whole and Council Meetings.
Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute time slots (ten minutes for presentation and five minutes for questions). If you believe your appointment will require more than that amount of time, please discuss it with the Municipal Clerk.
