Council Meeting - CHANGE OF TIME TO 8:45 A.M.

A Council meeting will be held on this day beginning at 8:45 am.

Council made a motion at the January 16, 2025 Council meeting to revert to morning Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings.

AGENDAS
Agendas are posted on-line, the Monday prior to the meeting.

PUBLIC INPUT
There is a 15-minute time slot at the beginning of the meeting for members of the public who would like to address Council in person briefly on a matter.   

PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS
If you have a matter that you would like to present to Council, please contact Pamela Myra, Municipal Clerk at least two weeks prior to your preferred date to schedule a date and time for an appointment to present at a Council meeting.

Appointments are scheduled in 10-minute time slots.  If you believe your appointment will require more than that amount of time, please discuss it with the Municipal Clerk.

The deadline to receive agenda material for an appointment is noon, one week prior to the meeting.  Material received after the deadline may result in a change in your appointment date.
