Maple Syrup Weekend

Our Maple Syrup Weekend will take place on March 28th and 29th this year. Maple syrup-themed activities will happen throughout the Museum Site. In the Cooperage, you can learn about the process of tapping trees, collecting sap, and boiling it down over an outdoor fire. Do not miss the chance to try some maple syrup and hot chocolate!
