ActivitiesThe Kaizer Meadow Environmental Management Centre accepts contaminated soil for processing and eventual use on the landfill as cover material. If you are interested in disposing of contaminated soil at Kaizer Meadow, please complete our Contaminated Soil Disposal Form and send the lab results for the soil to solidwaste@chester.ca.
It can take 2-3 business days to review a request for soil disposal. For a request to be approved, the lab results must show that the levels of contaminants meet the requirements under the Guidelines for Disposal of Contaminated Solids at Landfill. Kaizer Meadow also has a right to reject loads of soil for other reasons, such as lack of space in the soil treatment area.
