Municipal Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Municipal Planning Advisory Committee on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Agenda  items include: 

• Staff report and draft amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law-Update to Minimum Planning Regulations regarding Commercial-scale Wind Turbine Maximum Setbacks
• MPAC Discussion-Chester Growth Strategy: expansion of Commercial uses in Hamlet Zone. Initial discussion for potential request to Council to prioritize this action (Tentative, to be confirmed).
• Any other planning matters

Meetings are held in Chester Municipal Council Chambers, 151 King Street, Chester.
