Municipal Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Municipal Planning Advisory Committee on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Agenda items include: 

• Staff report and draft Development Agreement for lands known as PID# 60664828 (Rum Runners Lane, Martins Point) for the construction of 11 single-unit dwellings to accompany the existing 5 single-unit dwellings.
• Any other planning maters

Meetings are held in Chester Municipal Council Chambers, 151 King Street, Chester.
