Municipal Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Municipal Planning Advisory Committee on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Agenda items include:

1. Staff report and draft amendments & Development Agreement for lands known as PID# 60082401 (Lot A Highway 3, Simms Settlement) to rezone from the current Settlement Residential 2 zone to the Mixed-Use zone, followed by a Development Agreement for the construction of commercial units.
2. Any other planning matters

Meetings are held in Chester Municipal Council Chambers, 151 King Street, Chester.
