NOTICE OF APPEAL

In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Municipality of Chester

TAKE NOTICE THAT on April 06, 2023 Chester Municipal Council approved a Development Agreement with Bonny Lea Farm (South Shore Community Service Association) to regulate the development of a 313 sq m 4-bedroom small options home and 2 identified future development sites at 725 Hwy 14, Windsor Road.

This decision of Council can be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (phone 1-902-424-4448) by any aggrieved person, by the Provincial Director of Planning, or by the Council of an adjacent Municipality within (14) days after the date of the publication of this notice.
