NOTICE OF APPROVAL

In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Municipality of Chester 

TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 16, 2024 Chester Municipal Council approved a Development Agreement with Twin Rivers Park Ltd. to permit a maximum 14-unit land lease community at PID# 60153764, Cook Drive and Highway 3.

The decision of Council can be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (phone 1-902-424-4448) by any aggrieved person, by the Provincial Director of Planning, or by the Council of an adjacent Municipality within fourteen (14) days after the date of the publication of this notice.
