TAKE NOTICE THAT on March 23, 2023, the Council of the Municipality of the District of Chester received a request to enter into a Development Agreement with (Lunenburg County Condominium Corporation 21), owner of PID 60664828 at Rum Runners Lane, off Barkhouse Road, Martins Point.

An application for a Development Agreement to build 11 single unit dwellings in addition to the existing 5 structures on the 24.6- acre lot (PID60664828) on Barkhouse Road, Martins Point   is to be considered.

A PUBLIC INFORMARION MEETING on this proposal will be held by staff in Council Chambers at 151 King Street, Chester, on Wednesday May 03, 2023, beginning at 6:00p.m. The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to provide an opportunity for any interested person to obtain information and to discuss the proposal.
