UPDATE 2023-09-18 3:24 P.M.: THE BLOCKED ROAD IS NOW OPEN WITH TREES REMOVED - Nauss Point Road is blocked by downed trees. There is currently no access for residents in or out of the road. Motorists are asked to avoid this area. Residents in the area should shelter in place. To learn more about sheltering in place, visit https://lunenburgremo.ca/shelter-in-place.html. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

There is a large tree down on Queen Street in Chester. Barricades are being put in place until crews can clear.
