Mindfulness Series Returns – Starting May 21st!
We’re excited to offer our 6-week mindfulness series again – this time in Lunenburg! Sessions run every Wednesday from 12–1pm, starting May 21st.
This is the third time we’ve run the series, and it’s been incredibly well-received. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning for another round, you’re very welcome.
No need to attend all 6 sessions – join when you can.
Come take a midweek pause to reset, reflect, and reconnect.
