Village Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

A meeting of the Village Planning Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 beginning at 4:00 p.m. in Municipal Council Chambers (151 King Street, Chester)

Agenda items include:

1. Update by staff on Village Plan Review and remaining issues identified by Council for consideration:

• 10 Residential units in Core Commercial Zone by Development Agreement
• Consider reducing Core Commercial Zone area
•  Density concerns (allowance for Accessory Dwelling Units)

    2. Committee discussion and deliberation on any other outstanding issues to be addressed in the Village Plan Review.

    3.  Any other planning matters
