The Municipality is looking for community members to sit on the following committees*:
- Audit Committee - 2 vacancies (2 years, any district)
- Chester Volunteer Fire Service Committee - 3 vacancies (3 years, Chester Fire District)
- Citizens Landfill Monitoring Committee - 3 vacancies (2 years, preference to District 7)
- Planning Advisory Committee **NEW** - 7 vacancies (2 years, any district)
- RCMP Advisory Board - 3 vacancies (2 years, any district)
- Recreation & Parks Committee - 2 vacancies (3 years, Districts 3 and 7)
*Most municipal committees offer a per meeting stipend.
