Our free compost made from yard waste is ready to be picked up from Kaizer Meadow Landfill. This compost is made from organic yard waste that is dropped off at Kaizer Meadow throughout the year. Staff make sure to inspect the pile for invasive plants and turn it frequently to speed up the decomposition process so that it's ready for the summer.
Please note that each household in the Municipality of Chester is limited to one load of compost (about one yard), while supplies last. Compost will not be made available in pre-portioned bags.
