The Municipality of Chester is issuing an Call for Proposals to interested community-based organizations within the Municipality of Chester concerning the transfer of governance, operations, and stewardship responsibilities of the Zoe Valle Memorial Library.
The Municipality is inviting submissions as the Trustee under the Deed of Trust of the Library and in collaboration with the Library Board of Trustees. The deadline for questions is Friday, October 3, and the deadline for submissions is Monday, October 20. A recommendation will be made to Municipal Council on Thursday, November 13 with the transition period to commence Monday, November 24.
