Annual Dollar Auction Fundraiser

Together We Can Community Society will be holding our

ANNUAL DOLLAR AUCTION FUNDRAISER at the Western Shore and Area Improvement Association (6486 Hwy 3) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Prizes are All NEW, including gift cards! Anyone wishing to make a prize donation, please reach out to us.

Tickets: 10 for $1.  Proceeds: All in support of Together We Can Community Park in Gold River.

How does it work, you ask? We collect prize donations from local and regional businesses, crafters, artists, community members and Park lovers. Those prizes are split into prize bundles, with some being so great they stand as their own prize. Each prize/prize bundle is laid out for viewing with an assigned ticket bucket. On the day of the auction, you buy your tickets - for $1, you receive 10 tickets. We record your name, phone number and ticket numbers. You then place your tickets in the buckets next to the prizes you’d be excited to take home. It’s that simple! At the close of the auction, we go from prize to prize drawing the winning ticket. If you aren’t there at the end, that’s okay … if we pick your number, we’ll give you a call so you can drop by to pick up your prize.  We hope to see you there!
