• Consideration of a staff report and draft development agreement for Twin Rivers Park Ltd. to obtain planning conformity for an existing 14-unit land lease community (manufactured home park), which requires a Development Agreement in accordance with the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law.
• Any other planning matters
