Municipal Planning Advisory Committee Meeting

There will be a Municipal Planning Advisory Committee Meeting on April 17, 2024 at 6.00 pm. The meeting is being held in Municipal Council Chambers, 151 King Street, Chester.

Agenda items include: 

• Development Agreement Application for Chester Commons Road: The Wheelhouse (24 units housing development)
• Development Agreement Application for Bear Lake Wind Farm (2 turbines)
• Request for Substantial Amendment to Development Agreement with Chester Shore Mall: remove the requirement for an opaque fence on the Southern property boundary.
• Other planning matters.
