NOTICE OF APPROVAL

In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Municipality of Chester

TAKE NOTICE THAT on July 22nd, 2024 Chester Municipal Council approved a Development Agreement with Ad Astra Capital Ltd. & Lobster Point Holdings Ltd., to permit development of four six-unit buildings and associated accessory structures, for a total of 24 dwelling units.  The development will occur on PID 60399714 Chester Commons Road, Chester.

This decision of Council can be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (phone 1-902-424-4448)by any aggrieved person, by the Provincial Director of Planning, or by Council of an adjacent Municipality within fourteen (14) days after the date of the publication of this notice.
