PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Municipality of the District of Chester 

TAKE NOTE THAT on January 25, 2024, the Council of the Municipality of the District of Chester received a request to amend an existing Development Agreement with Econo-Malls Holding #19 Inc., owner of PID 60376712 (4115 NS Trunk 3, Chester).

An application for an amendment to the existing Development Agreement to remove the requirement of opaque fencing for screening on the South of the property & to retain existing mature vegetation is to be considered.

A PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING on this proposal will be held by staff in Council Chambers (151 King Street, Chester), on Wednesday April 03, 2024 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to provide an opportunity for any interested person to obtain information and to discuss the proposal.
