Summer Sizzler at the Bayswater Beach from 12:00 to 3:00 pm with the Municipality of Chester Recreation & Parks Summer Staff.  Join us for Relay Races, Sandcastle Competition and more.  The top 3 Sandcastles win a Gift Certificate to the Black Harbour Creamery.
