The Municipality received an application for the development of 24 residential dwelling units (four buildings containing six units each). The development is to occur on five parcels that will be consolidated into a single lot. This use requires a Development Agreement in accordance with the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law.
A meeting to hear about he proposal and ask questions will be on Monday, March 4 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 151 King Street in Chester. After this meeting, the Community Development staff will present the proposal to the Municipal Area Advisory Committee (date TBD) who will make a recommendation to Municipal Council. Council then holds a Public Hearing to receive feedback from the public on the proposed Development Agreement. Council will then vote on whether to approve the Development Agreement.
